The Town of Miami Lakes continues to embody its motto: “Growing Beautifully.” Nurturing its commitment to green living, a soft launch of the Miami Lakes Mover has begun! This FREE bus operates as a fixed-route circulator providing connections to existing Metrobus stops and Metrorail, via the Ludlam Limited Route, with a terminal point at Main Street. The Miami Lakes Mover runs Monday through Friday during peak morning (6:00-10:00AM) and peak evening (2:15-7:00PM) travel periods circulating every 35-40 minutes.
Miami Lakes Mover offers convenient flag-down service. Riders no longer need to wait at a designated bus stop; simply flag down the bus from a safe location and it will stop to pick you up.
To accommodate all passengers, each circulator is equipped with bike racks, flip seats, and ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps. In a concerted effort to improve quality of life in the Town, this service will minimize traffic congestion and commute times and improve mobility.
