Alex is a lifelong resident of South Florida and a seasoned professional with 20+ years of business management and real estate sales experience. Prior to launching his real estate career, Alex served as a call center executive for over 12 years with several national companies. As a Director with Precision Response Corporation, Alex had complete operational and P&L oversight of numerous Fortune 500 projects including Ryder TRS, Avaya, and the contact center launch of Orbitz.com.
In 2002, Alex entered the real estate industry and established a strong reputation as a residential sales and mortgage specialist. In addition to opening his own mortgage company, Alex was also the Sales Director in charge of overseeing the largest condominium conversion in the history of Miramar, Florida (Aventine at Miramar). With over 500 units sold in less than 24 months, Alex and his team enjoyed a great deal success and established lasting partnerships with domestic and international real estate investors. As the residential market continues to undergo change, Alex has effectively leveraged his extensive background to help his clients realize their goals and remove the complexity that is often associated with real estate transactions.
Alex holds a Masters Degree (M.A.) in Management & Leadership from Liberty University where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.
